Step 1 – CLEAN

  • Wet pan in the sink on all sides
  • Apply CLARK’S Cast Iron Soap to pan
  • Use CLARK’S Scrubber brush or other brush to scrub soap until a rich lather forms
  • Clean all sides of pan
  • Rinse pan with warm water
  • Dry pan thoroughly with towel

Step 2 – SEASON 

  • Apply a small amount of CLARK’S Cast Iron Oil directly to pan
  • Use CLARK’S Buffing pad or paper towel to coat all sides of pan
  • Wipe off any excess oil so only a very thin coat of oil remains
  • CONGRATULATIONS! That’s it, your pan is now Food-Safe and ready to use again
